Everything you need to know before printing, then a picker at the bottom that lists the exact files for your build.

Print settings

These work for every part except one:

Supports are only needed on a few parts, which are marked in the list where they apply.

Material notes

PETG is the recommendation because the enclosure is meant to get warm and PLA softens at temperatures a heated chamber reaches easily.

PLA is acceptable for most parts if that is what you have, with one exception: do not use it for the lighting fixtures. They sit close to the LEDs and run warmer than the rest of the build.

Everything is in the Clura Enclosure repository  under 3D Printable Files. Each row in the picker links straight to its file, and the Download all as ZIP button bundles exactly your selection into one archive.

The number at the start of a filename is how many to print for one enclosure, so 2x_Cable_Organizer means two. A few quantities depend on your choices and the picker works those out for you.

What each option changes

Set your build with the controls below and the list rebuilds itself. Here is what every choice does, and where they interact:

• Enclosure size (PE1 / BE1 / ME1) — selects the size-specific parts. PE1 and BE1 print two filtration assemblies, ME1 one.
• Configuration (Pro / Base) — Pro uses the weight-sensing spool holders that carry the load cells, Base the plain ones. PE1 and BE1 print a left and a right holder, ME1 the right only.
• Printer (A1 / A1 mini / Others) — only adds the external printer-cooling ducts, and only for the Bambu A1 and A1 mini. They bolt to the printer and have nothing to do with the enclosure’s filtration.
• Side handles — pick one left and one right: plain, with a hole, or with PTFE fittings for feeding filament in from outside.
• Lock addon — with a lock you print 3 front handles plus the lock and stopper; without it, 4 front handles.
• Optional trim (PE1 / BE1) — cosmetic lighting trim that sits on top of the top panel, covering the light fixtures. Purely aesthetic, so leave it off if you do not want it; ME1 has no variant.
• AMS holder (BE1 / ME1) — adds the holder and, because it adds weight, switches the magnet mounts to the reinforced pair. Without it you get the standard mounts.
• Metal bottom plate (BE1 / PE1) — on the BE1 it swaps the bed cable passage for the metal-plate version.
• Metal handles — adds the mounting nuts. On a build with no lock it also adds the front-panel back plate, since the front metal handles sit where a lock otherwise would.
