PreMade Kits
Kickstarter orders are being fulfilled. Future kit batches are being planned, but nothing is finalized yet, so there is no ordering page and no dates to give you.
If you backed us on Kickstarter, your kit is in the fulfilment queue and you do not need to do anything. Everything in this documentation applies to your build.
If you did not, you can still build the enclosure today. The whole project is open source and the Bill of Materials lists every part with links to suppliers, so nothing is gated behind a kit.
When will kits be available again?
We are planning further batches, but we are not going to guess at a date. Kit pricing depends on order volumes and component availability, and we would rather say nothing than announce something we cannot hold to.
Announcements go out on clura.dev and in the community channels linked from the documentation home page.
Why buy a kit?
When batches are running, a kit saves you the sourcing work:
- Zero effort. No hunting for parts across different vendors. Everything comes in one box, labeled and ready to assemble.
- Vetted components. We source parts we have tested extensively.
- Better pricing. Batching orders lets us pass savings on compared to buying parts individually.
- Supports the project. Kit sales fund development of future Clura upgrades and features.

Self Sourcing has the full BOM, and the printed parts, board files and firmware are all in the repository .
